Agniveer PFT (Physical Fitness Test) में निम्न Tests शामिल होते हैं:
- 1.6 KM Run: Time-based Grouping (Group I, II, III)

- Pull-Ups (Chin-Ups): Physical Strength Test

- 25% Agniveers को उनके Performance के आधार पर Regular Cadre में Permanent Selection का मौका मिलता है
- शेष 75% Agniveers को Seva Nidhi Package (₹11.71 Lakh Tax-Free) के साथ Honorable Discharge दिया जाता है
- Discharged Agniveers को भविष्य में Various Government Jobs और Private Sector में Priority/Reservation दिया जा सकता है (राज्यों के अनुसार अलग-अलग Policies)
