The total number of seats is approximately 1,100 across all affiliated colleges. Admission is granted through a merit/rank list prepared by MPESB based on ADDET CBT scores, followed by online counselling conducted by NDVSU at ndvsu.org.

7. Download the admit card PDF and take a clear colour printout on A4 size paper — carry at least 2 copies

• Printed ADDET Admit Card / TAC 2026 — mandatory for entry; no entry without it. The TAC has two parts — Part 1 is pre-filled; Part 2 is filled by the invigilator at the exam centre.
• Valid Original Government Photo ID Proof — Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or School / College ID Card
• Passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the application form) if required by the invigilator
• Any other document specifically mentioned on the admit card instructions

🚫 Prohibited Items at Exam Centre: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, electronic gadgets, books, paper, pen, pencil, geometry boxes, and any other electronic or written material. Violation may lead to disqualification. All stationery is provided at the exam centre.

• Qualifying Examination: Class 12 (10+2 pattern) with Science stream from MP Board / CBSE / any recognized State or Central Board
• Mandatory Science Subjects: Biology / Mathematics / Agriculture (any relevant Science subject combination)
• Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate in qualifying examination for General / UR category candidates
• SC / ST Relaxation: 5% relaxation in marks — minimum 45% marks required
• Appearing Students: Candidates appearing in Class 12 examination in 2026 and awaiting results can also apply provisionally — selection will only be confirmed if they produce the qualifying marksheet with required percentage at the time of counselling at NDVSU

ADDET is an entrance test for diploma admission — unlike government job recruitments, no strict upper age limit has been specified in the official notification. The minimum age of 17 years is mandatory. Age is calculated as on 31 December 2026. Always refer to the official ADDET notification PDF at esb.mp.gov.in for complete age details.

Fee is paid online through the MP Online portal via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / MP Online Kiosk / e-Mitra centres. Fee is non-refundable. Reserved category fee concession is applicable only for candidates with MP State domicile — candidates from other states/UTs pay ₹400/- regardless of category.

• Physics: Mechanics, Optics, Electricity, Magnetism, Modern Physics (Class 11–12 level)

1. Stage 1 — Computer-Based Test (CBT): MPESB conducts the ADDET CBT on 10 July 2026 at 11 exam centres across MP. All eligible candidates who downloaded the admit card appear in the CBT.
2. Stage 2 — Merit / Rank List: MPESB prepares and publishes a category-wise merit list / rank list based on marks scored in the CBT. This rank list is submitted to NDVSU, Jabalpur for further processing.
3. Stage 3 — Online Counselling (NDVSU): Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University (NDVSU), Jabalpur conducts online counselling based on the ADDET merit rank through the Single Window Admission System on ndvsu.org. Candidates must register separately for counselling on the NDVSU portal.
4. Stage 4 — Document Verification & Fee Payment: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents at the time of counselling/admission and pay the prescribed college fee to confirm their seat.

College preference selection is done during online counselling based on merit rank and available seats. There is no physical counselling — the entire process is online.

Exact college-wise and category-wise seat distribution is available in the official ADDET 2026 notification/information bulletin at esb.mp.gov.in. During counselling, candidates can view available seats in real-time on the NDVSU Single Window System at ndvsu.org.

• MP Domicile Certificate: Mool Niwas Praman Patra — mandatory for MP domicile-based benefits
• EWS Certificate: Valid EWS income certificate from competent authority (for EWS candidates)
• Disability Certificate: For PwD (Divyang) candidates, issued by competent medical authority
• Valid Photo ID: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence

Always carry both originals AND self-attested photocopies. The complete document list will be specified in the official NDVSU counselling notice published at ndvsu.org.

• They can fill the application form and appear in the ADDET CBT on 10 July 2026
• Their rank in the merit list will be provisional
• At the time of NDVSU counselling / admission, they must produce the Class 12 marksheet with the required minimum marks (50% for General, 45% for SC/ST)
• If the Class 12 result shows marks below the minimum requirement, the provisional admission will be cancelled
• If they fail to produce the marksheet within the stipulated time specified by NDVSU, their seat will be forfeited

⚠️ Provisional admission does NOT guarantee final admission — it is subject to qualifying Class 12 with the required minimum percentage. Check your Class 12 result well before the counselling date.

The correction window is now closed (24 June 2026 was the last date). Candidates who could not correct errors during this window must contact MPESB helpline directly. After this date, no further corrections are possible in the online application form.
