UPPSC Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Pre Examination 2026 का Online Application Form 25 June 2026 से शुरू हुआ है। Form भरने की Last Date 27 July 2026 है। Application Fee Payment की Last Date भी 27 July 2026 है। Application Correction / Modification Window 25 June 2026 से 03 August 2026 तक खुली रहेगी। Form UPPSC की Official Website uppsc.up.nic.in पर भरा जाएगा।
Q2. UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 Exam Date क्या है?
UPPSC Exam Calendar 2026 के अनुसार UPPSC PCS Prelims 2026 की परीक्षा 06 December 2026 को आयोजित की जाएगी। यह एक Offline परीक्षा है जिसमें दो Papers होते हैं:
• GS Paper-I: 200 Marks (Qualifying Cutoff 40%, SC/ST के लिए 35%)
• GS Paper-II (CSAT): 200 Marks (Qualifying: सभी के लिए न्यूनतम 33%)

UPPSC PCS Examination 2026 (Advt. No. A-1/E-1/2026) में कुल लगभग 500 Posts घोषित किए गए हैं। यह संख्या Provisional है और विभागों की आवश्यकता के अनुसार बढ़ या घट सकती है। इन Posts में Deputy Collector (SDM), DSP, BDO, Assistant Commissioner, Naib Tehsildar, Commercial Tax Officer, Food Safety Officer, Excise Inspector, Labour Enforcement Officer, Deputy Jailor सहित अनेक Group A और Group B Gazetted Posts शामिल हैं। Category-wise Vacancy Distribution Official Notification से Confirm करें।

UPPSC PCS Prelims 2026 की Application Fee Category-wise इस प्रकार है:
• General / OBC / EWS: ₹125/-
• SC / ST (UP Domicile): ₹65/-
• PH / Divyang (UP Domicile): ₹25/-
Fee Payment SBI MOPS के माध्यम से Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking या SBI E-Challan (Offline) से की जा सकती है। Application Fee Non-Refundable है।
Q5. UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 के लिए Age Limit क्या है?
UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 के लिए Age Limit की गणना 01 July 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी:
• Minimum Age: 21 वर्ष
• Maximum Age: 40 वर्ष
• जन्म तिथि: 02 July 1986 के बाद और 01 July 2005 से पहले
OBC / EWS / SC / ST / PH (Divyang) / Ex-Servicemen के लिए Age Relaxation UP Government के नियमों के अनुसार उपलब्ध होगी। ध्यान रखें — Age Relaxation और Reservation का लाभ केवल उत्तर प्रदेश Domicile रखने वाले Candidates को ही मिलेगा। अन्य राज्यों के Candidates को कोई Relaxation नहीं मिलेगी।
Q6. UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 के लिए Educational Qualification क्या होनी चाहिए?
UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 में Apply करने के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से किसी भी Stream में Bachelor's Degree होनी चाहिए। कुछ विशेष Posts के लिए Additional / Specific Qualifications आवश्यक हो सकती हैं (जैसे DSP, Food Safety Officer आदि के लिए)।
महत्वपूर्ण: जो Candidates अभी Final Year में पढ़ रहे हैं, वे UPPSC PCS 2026 के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं। Application की Last Date तक Degree पूर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। Post-wise Qualification के लिए Official Notification ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Q7. UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 का Selection Process क्या है?
UPPSC PCS Examination 2026 का Selection Process तीन चरणों में होता है:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination (Prelims): 06 December 2026 को Offline Objective Type परीक्षा। इसमें दो Papers होते हैं — GS Paper-I (200 Marks, Merit के लिए) और GS Paper-II / CSAT (200 Marks, केवल Qualifying — न्यूनतम 33% अनिवार्य)। Prelims में Negative Marking (1/3) लागू होती है।
Stage 2 – Main (Mains) Examination: Prelims Qualify करने वाले Candidates को Descriptive Written Mains Exam देनी होगी। Mains में अब Optional Subject हटाकर GS Paper-V और GS Paper-VI (UP History, Geography, Governance & Economy) जोड़े गए हैं।
Stage 3 – Viva-Voce / Interview: Mains में Shortlisted Candidates का Personality Test / Interview होगा। Final Merit List Mains + Interview के अंकों के आधार पर तैयार होगी।
Q8. UPPSC PCS 2026 के लिए OTR क्या है और इसे कैसे करें?
UPPSC में OTR यानी One Time Registration अनिवार्य है। OTR के बिना कोई भी Application Form Submit नहीं किया जा सकता। OTR एक बार करने के बाद उसी OTR Number से UPPSC के सभी Future Examinations में Apply किया जा सकता है।
OTR करने के Steps:
• Step 1: uppsc.up.nic.in पर जाएं और OTR Link पर Click करें।
• Step 2: Personal Details, Educational Qualification और Contact Information भरें।
• Step 3: OTR Number और Password प्राप्त करें — इसे सुरक्षित रखें।
• Step 4: OTR ID से Login करके UPPSC PCS 2026 Application Form भरें।
• Step 5: Photo, Signature और Documents Upload करें, Fee Pay करें और Form Submit करें।

Q10. UPPSC PCS 2026 की Salary / Pay Scale क्या है?
UPPSC PCS 2026 के अंतर्गत चयनित Candidates को UP Government के Pay Matrix के अनुसार वेतन दिया जाएगा:
• अधिकांश Group A Posts (SDM, DSP, BDO आदि): Pay Level-10 / Grade Pay ₹5,400 (6th CPC) — मासिक वेतन लगभग ₹56,100 से ₹1,77,500 तक
• Naib Tehsildar: Grade Pay ₹4,200 (6th CPC)
• Group B Posts: Pay Scale ₹9,300–34,800 (Grade Pay ₹4,600 / ₹5,400)

Q11. UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 Admit Card कब आएगा?
UPPSC PCS Pre 2026 का Admit Card परीक्षा तिथि (06 December 2026) से पहले Official Website uppsc.up.nic.in पर जारी किया जाएगा। Exact Admit Card Date अभी Announce नहीं हुई है। Candidates को अपने OTR ID और Password से Candidate Dashboard पर Login करके Admit Card Download करना होगा। किसी भी Update के लिए Official Website नियमित रूप से Check करते रहें।
