UPSSSC, Pharmacist (Bheshajik) Mains Examination Admit Card 2026.

1. Candidates who were declared shortlisted in the Pharmacist Eligibility Result released on 18 May 2026, based on normalized PET 2025 scores. (25,859 candidates were shortlisted against 560 vacancies at 15 times the number of posts.)
2. Candidates who have successfully completed the Mains Examination Fee Payment as per the UPSSSC notice dated 02 June 2026.

Candidates who scored zero or negative marks in PET 2025 were excluded from shortlisting and are NOT eligible to download the admit card.

1. Visit the official UPSSSC website: upsssc.gov.in
2. On the homepage, find the "Pharmacist Main Examination Admit Card 2026" link under the Notice Board / Examination section
3. Click on the link — you will be redirected to the login page
4. Enter your Registration Number and Password in the required fields
5. Click Submit to view your admit card on the screen
6. Verify all printed details carefully
7. Download the admit card PDF and take a clear printout for the exam day

⚠️ If any detail on the admit card is incorrect, contact UPSSSC immediately — do not wait until exam day.

• Printed Admit Card 2026 — mandatory for entry (no entry without it)
• Valid Original Photo ID Proof — Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence
• Passport-sized Photographs — as specified in the instructions on the admit card
• Any other document specifically mentioned on the admit card or in official instructions

🚫 Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, fitness bands, calculators, geometry boxes, bluetooth devices, and valuable jewelry are strictly not allowed inside the exam hall.

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India
• Registration: Must be a registered Pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh (registration must be completed by the application closing date of 29 March 2026)
• PET Qualification: Must possess a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 Score Card. Candidates with zero or negative (absolute or normalized) PET scores are not eligible.
• Nationality: Indian Citizen. UP domicile required for reservation benefits under SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories.

Additional preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of Territorial Army service or an NCC 'B' Certificate in case of a tie.

• Online Processing Fee (at application stage): ₹25/- for all categories
• Mains Examination Fee (for shortlisted candidates): Payable separately before downloading the admit card, as per UPSSSC notice dated 02 June 2026 (amount as per official notice)
• Payment Mode: Online only — Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI. Fee once paid is non-refundable.

1. Stage 1 — PET 2025 Screening: Candidates are shortlisted based on normalized UPSSSC PET 2025 scores. Up to 15 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted, including all candidates tied at the cut-off mark. Candidates with zero or negative scores are excluded.
2. Stage 2 — Mains Written Examination: A written exam covering Pharmacy subjects and related topics. Candidates shortlisted from PET and who have paid the Mains fee appear in this exam. The paper consists of 100 questions (as per official exam pattern).
3. Stage 3 — Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of Mains merit list are called to verify original documents — educational certificates, Pharmacy Council registration, category certificates, PET scorecard, etc.
4. Final Selection: Determined by performance in the written Mains Exam, subject to successful document verification.

• Pay Matrix Level: Level-5
• Pay Scale: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200/- per month
• Grade Pay: ₹2,800/-
• Additional Allowances: DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), TA (Travel Allowance), Medical Allowance, and other benefits as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules

• Exam City Intimation Slip: Released before the admit card (around 20 June 2026). It contains only the candidate's allotted exam city/district to help them make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance. It is not a substitute for the admit card and cannot be used for hall entry.
• Admit Card (Hall Ticket): Released later (25 June 2026). It is the official entry document for the exam, containing the candidate's name, roll number, exam centre address, exam date & time, photograph, and detailed instructions. Carrying a printed admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
