MPESB Primary School Teacher (PSTST) 2025 की Selection Process निम्नलिखित है:
- Written Examination (PSTST): 31 August 2025 को 100 MCQ Questions (100 Marks) का CBT / Online Test आयोजित होगा। कोई Negative Marking नहीं है।
- Merit List Preparation: Written Exam के अंकों के आधार पर Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।

Q12. Admit Card कब Download कर सकते हैं?
MPESB Primary School Teacher (PSTST) 2025 का
Admit Card / Hall Ticket Exam Date से कुछ दिन पहले (अगस्त के अंत में) esb.mp.gov.in पर Upload किया जाएगा। Download करने के लिए:
- Official Website esb.mp.gov.in पर जाएं।
- "Download Admit Card / Hall Ticket" Link पर Click करें।
- अपना Registration Number / Enrollment Number और Password / OTP Enter करें।
- Admit Card Screen पर खुल जाएगा।
- Download करें और Colour Print निकालें।

नहीं। Official Notification के अनुसार,
B.Ed Holders को इस MPESB Primary Teacher (PSTST) 2025 Position के लिए Apply नहीं करना चाहिए। यह Position केवल
D.El.Ed / B.T.C / B.El.Ed (4-Year) Holders के लिए है।
B.Ed Holders के लिए अलग TET Stream और अलग Teacher Posts हैं। B.Ed Holders को:
- MP TET में B.Ed Stream से परीक्षा देनी चाहिए, अथवा
- CTET में B.Ed Stream से TET Qualify करनी चाहिए
- उसके अनुसार अलग Posts के लिए Apply करना चाहिए
यदि B.Ed Holder गलती से इस Form के लिए Apply करेगा तो उसका Application Reject कर दिया जाएगा।
Q14. MPESB Primary Teacher 2025 Result और Merit List कब आएगा?
MPESB Primary School Teacher (PSTST) 2025 का Result और Merit List निम्न Process के बाद जारी होगा:
- Written Exam: 31 August 2025 को परीक्षा होगी।
- Answer Key: Exam के कुछ दिनों बाद Provisional Answer Key esb.mp.gov.in पर Upload होगी। Candidates अपनी आपत्तियां दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
- Final Answer Key: Objections की जांच के बाद Final Answer Key जारी की जाएगी।

Q15. क्या Guest Teachers (Temporary Teachers) को यह Post के लिए Preference मिलेगी?
हाँ। Official Notification के अनुसार,
Guest Teachers (Samvida Shikshak) / Temporary Teachers को Special Consideration दी जाती है:
- Age Relaxation: Guest Teachers को +9 Years की Additional Age Relaxation दी जाती है यदि उनके पास Required Experience (3+ years या अधिक) है।
- Maximum Age तक Relaxation: This Relaxation के साथ, Maximum Age 49 या 54 Years तक जा सकती है (Category के अनुसार)।
- Merit-Based Selection: फिर भी Selection पूरी तरह Merit-Based ही होता है — Exam में Marks के अनुसार ही Selection होता है।
- Experience का फायदा: Already Working Guest Teachers का Experience उन्हें अपना Job Continue करने में मदद दे सकता है, लेकिन Exam में Better Performance करना पड़ेगा।
Guest Teachers को भी सभी अन्य Eligibility Criteria (MP TET 2020/2024 Qualified होना, Education Qualification आदि) पूरे करने होंगे।
